How Firm a Foundation
How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord,
Is laid for your faith in His excellent word!
What more can He say than to you He has said,
To you who for refuge to Jesus have fled?
The words of this classic American hymn have extra meaning for us these days, as we have been witnessing the progress of the Holy Family Wing foundation! Two weeks ago, contractors poured the huge concrete slab that will become the floor of the new wing. Like always, we’ve been amazed by how much detail and thought must go into providing a firm foundation for our building. As we watch the exciting construction progress, may we be as mindful of the spiritual foundations God wishes to lay in each of our lives. Enjoy some photos of the latest work!
